Private beta — opening to selected projects
Describe the software.
Brewyard assembles the team.
Turn one project brief into a coordinated AI software team that plans, delegates, reviews and produces deliverables you can inspect — under a budget you control.
Built for founders and domain experts with a software idea — but no engineering team.

Four briefs, four teams
One paragraph in. A whole team out.
Different briefs create different teams. Brewyard does not ask you to pick a fixed roster; the work determines the roles and hierarchy.
Workspace 1 of 4
- CEOreads it, hires what the work needs
- Project Managerturns it into three streams
- Business Analystasks you what a rating means
- UX/UI Designerdrafts it on a stated assumption
- Tech Leadpicks the store, writes down why
- Full-stack Devbuilds it
- CFOprices it against your ceiling
A brief with a gap in it
Nobody said what a rating is, where the results go, or who gets to see them. Watch where the team asks you and where it decides for itself.
What it decided
One gap, two different answers. The analyst stopped and asked you; the designer carried on and recorded what it assumed. Both are on the record either way.
Inside the workspace
Brewyard is the platform. TeamForge runs the team.
Inside every Brewyard workspace is TeamForge — the system that creates, coordinates and runs your AI software team.
You work from the browser; there is nothing to install and no agent roster to configure.
Before you brief anything
Three things the demonstration does not show.
They ask, decide, and push back
A specialist that hits a question outside its lane hands it up rather than taking it — and work that does not hold up goes back to the team, not to you.
- Business Analyst
- asked you
- Tech Lead
- decided, and wrote down why
- QA Engineer
- sent it back
The ceiling is enforced, not requested
You set a monthly cap. The team is warned as it approaches and refused when it arrives — a turn that does not start, rather than a line in a prompt.

Every claim names where it came from. Where nothing backed one, the document says so — a rule of the runtime rather than a line in a prompt you have to trust was followed.

Answered before you ask
- Why not just use Claude's own subscription?
Because that gives you one assistant to steer, and this gives you a team that divides the work between itself. Everything else follows from that one difference: what we store — your workspaces, prompts, outputs and audit trail — stays in Azure UK South (London) under a Data Processing Agreement published in full on this site, your monthly ceiling is enforced by the platform rather than asked of the agents, and model inference runs on your own Anthropic account, so that call stays your existing relationship with Anthropic rather than a new one with us.
Model usage is billed to you by Anthropic, on your own key, at Anthropic's price. We never mark it up, because it never passes through us.
Bring the project. Brewyard will assemble the team.
Private beta is opening to a small number of real software projects.
Or try it on a project first: a one-off day pass — no subscription to cancel, and auto-renew is a switch you control.
