Questions people actually ask
- Who bills me for Anthropic model usage?
- Anthropic does, directly, on the API key you supply. Brewyard never resells model usage and takes no cut of it. Your plan pays for the platform around it: orchestration, the dashboard, artifact storage and support.
- What happens when a Day Pass runs out?
- The pass covers the block of runtime hours shown on its card. When that window closes, the only thing that stops is starting a new runtime. If auto-renew is on, your next start charges the saved card and carries on; if it's off, you're asked to buy again first.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the dashboard, with a switch. Turning auto-renew off on a monthly or annual plan lets it run to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stop — there is no cancellation form and nobody to phone. On a Day Pass the same switch decides whether your next session renews.
- What does the trial include?
- Brewyard for 7 days from the moment you create your account, with no card and up to 15 hours of runtime. It is an evaluation window rather than a free tier: workspaces run on your own Anthropic key, so you see real behaviour, not a demo.
- How is VAT handled?
- Stripe works out the rate from the billing address you enter at checkout and shows you the total before you pay. Business checkouts also collect a VAT or tax ID wherever your country issues one, and it appears on the invoice.
- Can I get a refund?
- Ask from your account page. The request is recorded with a timestamp — your receipt for the UK's 14-day cooling-off period — and support processes it in Stripe and replies by email. Refunds are deliberately not automated: moving money stays a human decision.
What about Anthropic costs?
Anthropic charges you directly for model usage on your own API key. Brewyard does not mark it up or take a cut. You set a monthly budget per workspace and watch real spend against it in the dashboard.
