Terms of Service

Effective from your acceptance. Last updated: 2026-08-10. Version 2026-08-10.

Draft text. Final version pending review by qualified UK counsel. Material changes will require you to re-accept the terms on next login.

1. Who we are

Brewyard is operated by Fincard Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating a Brewyard account you enter into an agreement with Fincard Ltd ("we", "us"). Our contact address and registered details are available at the foot of every page once we go live.

2. Who may use Brewyard

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Brewyard is not intended for use by minors. You must be authorised to bind the organisation you sign up on behalf of.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you configure. Keep your password private and do not share workspace access without using our built-in invitation flow (available in a later release).

4. Anthropic usage and costs

Brewyard agents run on top of the Anthropic API using an API key you provide. You remain the customer of record for Anthropic and are responsible for costs accrued against that key. We display usage and let you set a monthly cap, but ultimate spend control is yours.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Brewyard to break the law, infringe other people's rights, generate content that sexualises minors, produce weapons-related instructions, create or distribute pornographic, terrorist, extremist or fraudulent material, or attempt to disrupt the service for other customers. To enforce these rules, we run automated safety scans over content hosted on the platform -- including workspace names, team configurations, and the files (artifacts) your agents produce. Scans are automated, limited to trust-and-safety classification, never used for any other purpose, and flagged findings may be reviewed by authorised Brewyard staff. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; you will retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by consumer protection law.

6a. Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and request a refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where you asked us to start the service immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period already supplied. Day Passes begin immediately at your express request and are fully performed within 24 hours; by purchasing a Day Pass you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. To exercise your cancellation right, use the refund request form on your Account page or contact support; refunds are processed to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Business customers purchase outside the consumer cancellation regime; any refund is at our discretion.

6b. Commercial use and business accounts

The Business plan is offered to companies, partnerships and other organisations, not to consumers. The person who purchases a Business subscription warrants that they are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms. Access under a Business subscription may be shared only with people inside the purchasing organisation; sharing accounts, seats, credentials or workspace access with anyone outside the organisation is prohibited and is grounds for suspension. Where we agree to invoice billing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date (net-14); if an invoice remains unpaid after that period we may, on reasonable notice, suspend the subscription until payment is received. Our processing of personal data on behalf of a Business customer is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms for Business customers. As set out in section 6a, Business customers purchase outside the consumer cancellation regime.

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will increment the version number and require you to re-accept on next login. Continued use after re-acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Liability

Brewyard is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
